Return & Exchange Policy

We don't cover the cost of couriering your product back to us for exchange. You will need to arrange your own courier to collect and deliver to us or our team can book our courier at the Flat rate fee of R89.

All products sent back for exchange must be in the condition originally received in, else no exchange will be done.

NO refunds on any items purchased.  In the event no products are suitable from our store for exchange, a gift voucher to the same purchase value excluding shipping costs will be made available and remain valid for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of issue.

NO EXCHANGES AND RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
