We have a flat rate of R80 for all main areas in South Africa.
Unfortunately we don't ship internationally as of yet.
We will only replace items if they have a manufacturing defect once receiving them back. You have 7 working days from receiving your order, to notify us that the garment received has an issue or defect. We will then exchange the faulty item or refund you if the item is no longer in stock/available.
All products sent back for exchange must be in the condition they received it in, with the tags on else no exchange will be done. Please note NO exchange will be accepted if the garment is scented, washed or worn.
In your package please include a note with your full name, order number and email address.
Our return policy allows for you to return your garment/order within 7 working days (once you have received it).
Your garment/order must be unused and in the same condition you received it in, with the tags on, in our packaging. Please email us with the details of your return to email@example.com
Please note NO return will be accepted if the garment is scented, washed or worn.
In your parcel please include a note with all your contact details including your order number and email address.
IMPORTANT: All returns will be issued with a gift voucher and no refunds are available. This does not apply to SALE items.
Please note: any item/s won in a giveaway or associated with a giveaway will not be eligible for return or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returns.
Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.
