Shipping Policy
We have a flat rate of R89 for all main areas in South Africa.
DHL handles our International shipments, your orders shipping amount will be automatically calculated according to your location.
DHL may contact you if you need to pay tax and duties on your order once its come into your country. We aren't liable for these costs.
Return & Exchange Policy
Exchanges:
We will only replace items if they have a manufacturing defect once receiving them back. You have 7 working days from receiving your order, to notify us that the garment received has an issue or defect. We will then exchange the faulty item or refund you if the item is no longer in stock/available.
All products sent back for exchange must be in the condition they received it in, with the tags on else no exchange will be done. Please note NO exchange will be accepted if the garment is scented, washed or worn.
In your package please include a note with your full name, order number and email address.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES:
We regret, no exchanges on International orders outside of South Africa.
Returns:
Our return policy allows for you to return your garment/order within 7 working days (once you have received it).
Your garment/order must be unused and in the same condition you received it in, with the tags on, in our packaging. Please email us with the details of your return to info@kokoactive.co.za
Please note NO return will be accepted if the garment is scented, washed or worn.
In your parcel please include a note with all your contact details including your order number and email address.
IMPORTANT: All returns will be issued with a gift voucher and no refunds are available. This does not apply to SALE items.

Awesome quality and appropriate for running, gym, yoga etc.
Such a stylish and comfy bra! Perfect for Athleisure and a workout
It's great because it matches 😀 and good for low impact work outs however being big busted girlie the bra has low support, only suited for low impact work outs. Perhaps a bit higher at the top to just cover the cleavage area abit or maybe having an option for big busted girlies who may need support and thicker straps.
Love the pattern though, such a fave!
Absolutely inlove with this set, for gym or dressing it up with some nice boots and a jacket
