Shipping Policy
We have a flat rate of R89 for all main areas in South Africa.
DHL handles our International shipments, your orders shipping amount will be automatically calculated according to your location.
DHL may contact you if you need to pay tax and duties on your order once its come into your country. We aren't liable for these costs.
Return & Exchange Policy
Exchanges:
We will only replace items if they have a manufacturing defect once receiving them back. You have 7 working days from receiving your order, to notify us that the garment received has an issue or defect. We will then exchange the faulty item or refund you if the item is no longer in stock/available.
All products sent back for exchange must be in the condition they received it in, with the tags on else no exchange will be done. Please note NO exchange will be accepted if the garment is scented, washed or worn.
In your package please include a note with your full name, order number and email address.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES:
We regret, no exchanges on International orders outside of South Africa.
Returns:
Our return policy allows for you to return your garment/order within 7 working days (once you have received it).
Your garment/order must be unused and in the same condition you received it in, with the tags on, in our packaging. Please email us with the details of your return to info@kokoactive.co.za
Please note NO return will be accepted if the garment is scented, washed or worn.
In your parcel please include a note with all your contact details including your order number and email address.
IMPORTANT: All returns will be issued with a gift voucher and no refunds are available. This does not apply to SALE items.

I have two of these Koko Active Rompers, and I live in them. They are incredibly comfortable - whether you are just lounging at home, doing admin, doing strength training and even for a jog on the prom. I cannot recommend them enough. It is truly a 'pretpakkie' that everyone should have in their closet. Or "een in die was, een in die kas, een op die bas." The cut is so flattering and it hugs you in all the right places. It is also squat proof! Treat yourself to one.
This is the best item in my closet from KoKo !! I absolutely love wearing it - it’s so comfortable on the days we’re I don’t want to struggle on putting together an outfit to gym or walk in, I love that the cut is super flattering. The shorts are not to short and the material gives enough support to do a full range of activities 🙌
