    Shipping Policy

    We have a flat rate of R80 for all main areas in South Africa.

    Unfortunately we don't ship internationally as of yet.

    Return & Exchange Policy

    Exchanges:

    We will only replace items if they have a manufacturing defect once receiving them back. You have 7 working days from receiving your order, to notify us that the garment received has an issue or defect. We will then exchange the faulty item or refund you if the item is no longer in stock/available.

    All products sent back for exchange must be in the condition they received it in, with the tags on else no exchange will be done.

    In your package please include a note with your full name, order number and email address.  

    Returns:

    Our return policy allows for you to return your garment/order within 7 working days (once you have received it).

    Your garment/order must be unused and in the same condition you received it in, with the tags on, in our packaging. Please email us with the details of your return to info@kokoactive.co.za

    In your parcel please include a note with all your contact details including your order no and email address.

    IMPORTANT: Only regular priced items may be refunded and not SALE items.

    You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returns.

    Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.
